The Service uses third-party AI APIs to generate images, videos, and text. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, or legal fitness of AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta, Brandfetch, and various AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
